Miza is one of those ventures building a digital wealth management platform on a mission to democratize access to exclusive global investment opportunities. We provide high-net-worth individuals with access to top-tier private funds, pre-IPO deals, and alternative investments opportunities traditionally gated by high minimums and opaque networks. We are reimagining the private wealth experience through a hybrid of cutting-edge technology and curated investment access. This is not a traditional brokerage this is a platform where HNWIs can effortlessly participate in some of the world's most compelling private funds across multiple asset classes.
We are looking for a Managing Investments Associate (CME1 and CME4 required) to take real ownership across portfolio construction, fund operations, and counterparty management from day one reporting directly to the CEO.
THE ROLE What you'll own here.
Counterparty Management
Day-to-day handling of relationships with external partners fund houses, custodians, distribution platforms, and global asset managers
Coordinate execution and operational flows across counterparties; ensure subscriptions, redemptions, and capital calls are handled cleanly and on time
Serve as Miza's point of contact for routine operational and investment queries from these partners Portfolio Construction & Screening
Support the investment team in screening funds, managers, and strategies for inclusion in client portfolios
Build and maintain the investment universe, due diligence packs, comparative analyses, and fee benchmarking
Run periodic portfolio reviews and rebalancing analyses Investment Writing
Produce investment memos, fund summaries, market commentaries, and client-facing investment notes
Translate technical investment content between English and Arabic for client communications
Maintain quality and consistency across all investment documentation Fund Operations & Dealing
Support trade execution across asset classes funds, equities, and fixed income
Reconcile positions, confirmations, and settlements with the operations team
Help maintain and improve internal investment processes as Miza scales
How Success Will Be Measured Accuracy and timeliness of counterparty operations, quality and consistency of investment documentation, contribution to portfolio construction and screening, and reliability across fund operations as Miza scales.

THE PROFILE You're probably a fit if…
You have 2–3 years of relevant experience in asset management, wealth management, private banking, or investment operations
You hold CME1 and CME4 certifications (mandatory)
You're fluent in Arabic and English written and spoken
You have strong attention to detail and are comfortable working with numbers, fund documentation, and reconciliations
You've demonstrated the ability to use AI tools to improve real workflows, not just for drafting
Bonus: experience in private markets, alternative investments, or global funds; background in a CMA-regulated environment
