The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all store operations, managing talent, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Key duties include meeting sales goals, controlling expenses, managing inventory, and maintaining safety and security protocols.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience. A cosmetology license is considered a plus, and applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements
The position requires some physical exertion such as long periods of standing; walking; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes. The position involves working around moving parts, carts, or machines, and may occasionally include exposure to irritant chemicals.
