The Store Manager is responsible for leading the team to provide an exceptional customer experience while meeting or exceeding sales goals. Key duties include overseeing store operations, managing budgets, controlling expenses, and ensuring safety and security compliance.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience. A cosmetology license is considered a plus, and applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements
The position requires some physical exertion, such as long periods of standing; walking; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes. The position involves working around moving parts, carts, or machines and may occasionally include exposure to irritant chemicals.
