We’re currently seeking a full-time Rental Coordinator to join our team in Omaha, NE.

Primary Job Duties*

Create and monitor rental contracts, make changes as required, manage invoicing, close contracts, verify accuracy, and manage completed signatures
Verify customer account and insurance status
Process equipment requests from sales and other sources by matching and prioritizing available inventory with requests
Coordinate delivery and pick-up of equipment from rentals, sales, or transfers
Organize and operate various pieces of equipment within the yard as needed
Coordinate with service departments at all locations to arrange rental ready status of the fleet
Creating and keeping records to help manage expenses, track potential lost revenue and helping our sales team
Assist other Rental Coordinators and Salesman maximizing the utilization of rental inventory within the entire company
Occasional travel to other locations
Oher duties as assigned

Candidate Must Haves

Strong organizational and communication skills
Excel in a high volume fast paced environment
Creative problem solver, with attention to details
Excellent customer relations skills
Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and around fumes & loud noise
Able to operate construction equipment and forklifts.
Able to push, pull, or carry up to 60lbs
Valid driver’s license, high school diploma (or equivalent), and ability to pass background, drug, and MVR checks
Able to read, write and communicate in English
