Job DetailsJob Location: Waukesha, WI 53186Renewal by Andersen is your locally owned premier window and door replacement company. We are seeking professional, driven Proximity Marketers to support our sales department through residential lead generation and community outreach.
This role is ideal for individuals who are motivated by performance-based earnings, enjoy direct customer interaction, and are interested in developing transferable skills in sales, communication, and marketing. Lead Generator Representatives serve as a key ambassador for the Renewal by Andersen brand and play an essential role in delivering a high-quality homeowner experience.
Acting as an appointment setter, you will engage homeowners in assigned residential communities through door-to-door canvassing, introduce them to Renewal by Andersen products and services, and schedule in-home appointments for our Design team. This role combines structured teamwork with individual accountability and offers an unlimited earning potential.
Pay: $17.00 hourly base to start PLUS uncapped performance bonuses
Pay increases to base available as early as within your first 90 days, based on performance
Typical annual earnings range from $60,000–$85,000
Top performers earn $100,000+
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00am-6:00pm
Location: Report daily to our office and travel in a company vehicle to assigned neighborhoods

Key Responsibilities
Report daily to the Waukesha office and participate in team meetings to review goals, strategy, and prior results
Represent Renewal by Andersen professionally in residential neighborhoods
Engage homeowners in conversations about their windows and doors
Deliver clear, engaging product information and interactive presentations
Qualify homeowner interest and schedule in-home consultation appointments for sales representatives
Consistently meet or exceed individual and team performance goals
QualificationsQualifications
Professional, outgoing demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team environment
Willingness to walk neighborhoods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Prior experience in sales, customer service, marketing, canvassing, hospitality, service industry, or related fields is preferred but not required
