Serve as a subject matter expert and liaison for the Navy's IDES and LIMDU programs to support beneficiaries and their families. Responsibilities include policy interpretation, compliance reporting, and coordinating with military treatment facilities and government agencies.
Requires 3 years of experience with IDES and LIMDU program support and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Candidates must be U.S. citizens with a DoD Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one.

RB Continuum is seeking a Program Analyst to serve as a liaison and support The Navy's Force Readiness Program, Integrated Disability Evaluation System (IDES) and Limited Duty (LIMDU) Programs. The analyst assists the Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) by supporting program needs with Navy beneficiaries and their families at military installations.
As the IDES/LIMDU Analyst, you will work directly with the on-site Coordinators and Case Liaisons as a subject matter expert of the program to include policy interpretation, compliance, and reporting. As a valued resource and subject matter expert this high profile and rewarding position is essential to the success of the IDES/LIMDU program. Activities also include involvement in high-level program inquiries, policies in final format in accordance with government formats and guidelines across military health system (MHS). This opportunity is onsite.
