Lead the planning, execution, and closeout of MEPF upgrades, building modernization, and site rehabilitation projects. Manage project schedules, quality, safety, and coordination between contractors and client operations.
Requires a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture, or at least 5 years of related experience. Proficiency in project control tools and safety certifications like OSHA 30-Hour are desired.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and closeout of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection (MEPF) upgrades, building modernization, environmental compliance works, and site rehabilitation projects. The role is responsible for management of schedule, quality, safety, and stakeholder coordination.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $$82,000 - $120,000 annually and does not include bonuses, overtime or other forms of compensation or benefits. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
