Requires a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Electronics, or a related field. Candidates need 2 to 5 years of analytical laboratory experience, specifically with HPLC instrumentation.
EST Analytical is looking to fill a Field Service Engineer position with a focus on Agilent Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) instrumentation. The position will be based at a customer site in Rahway, NJ with the possibility of some travel (< 15%) to other customer locations in the NJ/NY/DE/PA area.
EST Analytical is a partner with Agilent Technologies, and as such, the Field Service Engineer would work within the Agilent Authorized Service Provider (ASP) program.
Key responsibilities include on-site installation, customer training, repair and troubleshooting of hardware, and routine preventative maintenance and qualification services. The job focus will be on customer satisfaction by providing customers with high-quality services. Additional responsibilities include managing parts, timely submission of service reports, providing feedback to manufacturing divisions, collaborating with the sales team, and maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge of assigned products.
