Manage project-related production labor documents, bid correspondence, and contract scopes. Collaborate with project managers and external subcontractors to qualify and advise on production labor decisions.
Requires an Associate's degree in Procurement, Finance, or a related field and 1-3 years of coordination experience. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish with advanced MS Excel proficiency.
Labor Buyout Coordinators at Power Design work at our headquarters in beautiful St. Petersburg, Florida, and are a key part of the Labor Management team. In this position, you’ll work with multiple members of the Operations Project Management team and external subcontractors to manage bid documents, including drawings, RFIs, and project meetings. This is a position where teamwork is the key to cross-functional communication and operational excellence. The goal is to be an integrated member of the project team in qualifying, identifying, and advising on the best decision in regard to production labor.
