Supervise crews in the construction, maintenance, and repair of energized and de-energized underground electrical distribution systems. Ensure projects are completed safely and timely while providing training to lower-skilled employees.
Requires a minimum of 5 years of recent field experience and a valid CDL. Candidates must be capable of performing rigorous physical labor in various weather conditions and lifting over 50 lbs.
Position Summary: The Underground General Foreman is a skilled position in the construction, maintenance and repair of electrical underground distribution systems. The General Foreman ensures projects are completed in a safe and timely manner. Effectively plans ahead anticipating issues and project needs to accomplish Company and crew goals. Provides optimum customer service to his employees and customers

The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at construction job sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. This position is performed in outside weather conditions.
