The Site Superintendent coordinates all phases of commercial modular construction projects to ensure they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Key duties include supervising subcontractors, managing inspections, and maintaining daily site logs and quality control.
Requires a high school diploma and at least 5 years of verifiable experience in commercial construction supervision, including full site development. Must possess a valid driver's license and OSHA 10 certification.

The Superintendent provides on-site coordination for all phases of commercial mobile and modular construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role supervises subcontractors and vendors, maintains project schedules, manages inspections, ensures quality control, and enforces safety protocols. The Superintendent plays a critical role in daily field operations, addressing scope issues, client relationships, and communicating with the project team to resolve any conflicts in construction progress. This position requires periodic travel and may involve overnight stays depending on project location.
Salary Range: $85,000 – $90,000 DOE
