Develop accurate cost estimates and proposals for plumbing service projects, retrofits, and maintenance work. Collaborate with account managers, technicians, and vendors to define project scopes and ensure successful execution.
Requires a high school diploma and at least 5 years of experience in commercial plumbing, estimating, or project management. Must be proficient in interpreting construction drawings and using estimating software.
