Leads a team of technicians to execute maintenance and projects to ensure continuous operations within a dairy manufacturing facility. Oversees corrective and preventive maintenance, manages departmental budgets, and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Requires 1-3 years of leadership experience, with 3-5 years preferred, and the ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics. Knowledge of industrial motors and ammonia refrigeration systems is highly beneficial.

This position leads a team of technicians/maintenance specialists to effectively execute all maintenance and assigned projects within the facility to ensure ongoing operations. This role provides necessary equipment expertise and technical guidance related to multiple building, mechanical and material handling systems.
