Chili's was born in Dallas, Texas in 1975. Since then, we've boldly claimed our place in the casual dining industry as the place to go for Big Mouth burgers, house smoked ribs, full on fajitas, and hand shaken margaritas! Even with excellent people, you cannot build the best restaurant company overnight. We've chosen to follow a sensible, well-managed and well-paced growth plan that will allow us to have a strong, long-term presence in every major U.S. metropolitan market from coast to coast. Maggiano's Little Italy® truly is a very special group of restaurants. Technically, we're a "chain," but in principle, we're more like an extended family. Each restaurant is similar in menu and philosophy but is built to reflect the history of its host city. Inside, high-energy, full-service dining rooms reminiscent of pre-war Little Italy, elegant banquet facilities and customer-friendly carryout leave no doubt you're visiting an authentic Maggiano's restaurant.
