The opportunity
As a Project Manager at KNOCK Inc., you’ll collaborate with a diverse set of voices from various backgrounds and professional capacities—including Strategists, Copywriters, Account Leaders, Design Directors, Art Director/Designers, Developers, and other brand experts—to provide innovative marketing solutions for clients large and small. We are looking for Project Managers who have experience bringing order to chaos and facilitating teams to help deliver best-in-class experiences.
Summary of the Role:
- Partner with Account Manager and team leads during project planning phase to determine project approach, craft an accurate scope and build a detailed timeline.
- Resource team members proactively to ensure their time is booked for the duration of the project; proactively identify and navigate scheduling conflicts with other PMs and team members to ensure deadlines can be met.
- Be the trusted hub of information for your team; use KNOCK’s project management tools to organize project information and ensure the team has all the information they need.
- Own and manage the timeline, using it to drive the work forward and to set and manage expectations with the internal team and clients.
- Observe and share insights about budget burn by being familiar with the scope of work and noticing patterns in Workbook.
- Ensure meetings are organized and efficient, creating detailed meeting agendas and action-oriented recap notes.
- Facilitate proofreading and internal reviews of work and ensure the appropriate internal stakeholders have given feedback before work is presented to clients.

A Bonus
- Experience working with various Project Management tools such as Workbook, Smart Sheet and Ziflow
- Strong presentation skills
- Digital Project Management experience [agile methodologies a plus]
