CONSTRUCTION DIVISION (SITE BASED)
Location: Kapar Selangor | Johor Bahru| Penang Islands/ Mainland | Klang Valley
Monitoring and administering various contracts and sub-contract works, including preparing progress reports, recommending payments, issuing variation order certificates and finalizing accounts documentation.
Conduct verification of material requisitions, take-off quantities and site measurements of completed work.
Prepare progress claims and invoices for clients and consultants to ensure effective project management.
Prepare, call and evaluate tenders as well as value variation orders.
Negotiate building and material costs with subcontractors and suppliers.
Manage the processing of claims from consultants and subcontractors related to project matters.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
4+ years of Site QS experience in construction field.
Pre & Post contracts management experience in fast track project.
Strong knowledge in quantity take-off, site measurement, cost estimation, tender preparation, claim evaluation, variation orders and final account settlement.
Tender and Bidding experience in mega project is a Plus.
