Lead all field operations from mobilization to completion, managing subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics. Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve field challenges while maintaining safety standards and project goals.
Requires 5+ years of commercial construction experience with a background in field leadership. Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project is expected along with a willingness to travel extensively.
