What's on offer?
Fulton Hogan is seeking a Front End Loader Operator to join its Mile End Asphalt Production Team. You'll have experience in operating machinery in a manufacturing environment and be driven to support and motivate site teams - ensuring the focus remains on safety, quality, cost and schedule in the planning and execution of work.

Core responsibilities will include:

• Participating in daily pre-start meetings to address all site requirements;
• Management of materials, plant, personnel and subcontractors;
• Coordinating with the Production Supervisor to co-ordinate and maintain production volumes.
• Utilising your experience to develop and support other team members;
• Maintaining plant and assets.
• Resolving daily site issues;
• Identifying hazards and assessing risk through regular safety audits and environmental risk assessments as per Fulton Hogan procedures;

How you'll connect to the role?

• VOC or Tickets for front end loader.
• Proven experience in Front End loader operation is required.
• Light manual handling tasks are required.
• High Risk Forklift license desired.
• MR/HR license is desirable.
• We can provide training for the above for the right candidate.
