The General Manager is responsible for the full site P&L, daily operations, and staff leadership at the Edmonton location. Key duties include managing member experience, court programming, retail operations, and building community relationships.
Candidates need 3+ years of management experience, preferably in hospitality, fitness, or recreation. Strong financial acumen and a passion for racket sports and community-driven service are required.

We’re hiring a dynamic, organized, and people-driven General Manager (GM) to lead our Edmonton location. As General Manager, you own the full site P&L and are accountable for member experience, daily operations, staff leadership, programming & scheduling, retail, and financial performance. You’ll be the face of Fairgrounds locally—building relationships with members, partners, and the broader community—while coaching a high-performing team and refining systems for scale.
