Responsible for the end-to-end implementation of HSE requirements and construction site management for pharmaceutical and biotech projects. This includes developing safety concepts, conducting hazard analyses, and managing technical building services from planning through commissioning.
Requires an engineering degree and several years of experience in HSE or construction management, preferably within the pharma or biotech sector. Proficiency in German and English, along with knowledge of Swiss regulatory standards and MEP systems, is expected.
As a Senior Specialist EHS Construction Site, you are responsible for the end-to-end implementation of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) requirements combined with construction and site management in complex pharmaceutical and biotech projects.
You will support projects throughout the entire lifecycle – from planning and execution to commissioning – ensuring the highest safety standards as well as adherence to quality, timelines, and budgets.
Working closely with interdisciplinary teams and clients, you will make a decisive contribution to the safe and successful realization of modern production facilities.
