Job Description
HR Operations & Administration
Manage end-to-end HR administrative processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
Oversee payroll operations, including monthly calculations, statutory compliance, and reporting
Maintain and ensure the integrity of HR data, systems (HRIS), and employee records
Manage contracts, personnel files, and employee lifecycle documentation
Policies, Compliance & Governance
Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations
Monitor legal developments and translate them into actionable HR practices
Review and update internal rules and regulations
Employee Relations & Support
Act as a trusted HR partner for employees and managers
Address employee queries, conflicts, and complex HR cases
Provide guidance on HR topics such as benefits, leave, and policies
Anticipate, investigate, and resolve individual and collective employee issues
HR Projects & Continuous Improvement
Lead and contribute to HR projects, including digitalization initiatives
Identify improvement opportunities and propose innovative solutions
Manage complex HR initiatives from design to implementation
Assess risks, define KPIs, and monitor performance of HR processes
Stakeholder Management & Advisory
Act as a key point of contact for HR-related matters
Provide expert advice and recommendations to management
Facilitate and lead meetings with various internal stakeholders
Support the CPO and Deputy CPO in strategic HR initiatives
Reporting & Analytics
Analyze HR data and KPIs to support decision-making
Produce reports and provide insights to improve organizational performance
Profile
Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in a similar HR role (minimum 8 years recommended for seniority)
Strong expertise in payroll, labor law, and HR operations
Experience with HRIS and digital HR tools
Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks
Ability to manage complex HR topics and projects
International HR exposure is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
Autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical thinking with a data-driven approach
High adaptability and ability to thrive in a changing environment
Coaching mindset and willingness to support and mentor colleagues
Results-driven with strong accountability
Fluent in French and English (written and spoken), Dutch or other languages are an asset
