Manage customer billing, order processing, and subscription administration within NetSuite to ensure accurate invoicing and revenue operations. Collaborate with Finance and Customer Success teams to resolve discrepancies and improve billing workflows.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business with 3-5 years of experience in billing or revenue operations. Must have at least 2 years of NetSuite experience and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
EverPass is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Operations Specialist to support our growing business by managing customer billing, order processing, subscription administration, and revenue operations within NetSuite.
This role is responsible for ensuring customer orders are accurately entered, subscriptions are properly configured, invoices are generated correctly, and billing records remain accurate throughout the customer lifecycle. Working closely with Revenue Operations, Finance, Customer Success, and Sales, this individual will play a key role in maintaining billing accuracy and supporting operational excellence as EverPass continues to scale.
The ideal candidate has experience working within NetSuite, enjoys process-oriented work, possesses a strong accounting foundation, and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely work.
Expected Compensation: The anticipated base hourly wage range for a new hire into this position is $65,000 - $85,000. In compliance with local law, the range above reflects the current hiring range for this position. EverPass takes into consideration the qualifications, skills, and experience of the candidate, expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees. EverPass expects to hire for this position at the mid-range salary, with the possibility of considering a higher salary only in rare cases when EverPass determines an external candidate possesses exceptional qualifications significantly exceeding the job requirements.
