Lead the daily operations of the pub, focusing on floor management and team leadership across the bistro, gaming lounge, and public bar. Support the Publican in maintaining high service standards and ensuring a positive atmosphere for regulars and guests.
Candidates must have previous experience in bar, bistro, or gaming environments with some supervisory experience. Required certifications include a current RSA/RSG, RMLV, and an Approved Managers Licence.

"The Commercial" is a total engine room. Between our famous bistro, our high-performing gaming lounge, and a public bar that is the soul of the community, there is never a dull moment. We are looking for a leader who thrives in the thick of the action, someone who loves being on the floor, connecting with our regulars, and keeping the standards sky-high.
This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
