The coordinator builds strategic relationships with community partners to increase the utilization of behavioral health services for youth. They are responsible for driving referral growth, delivering educational presentations, and tracking engagement outcomes.
A high school diploma is required, though an associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Candidates must have 2-3 years of experience in outreach or social services and possess a valid driver's license.
The Community Outreach Coordinator builds and maintains strategic relationships with referral sources and community partners to increase awareness, access, and utilization of Wraparound and behavioral health services for youth ages 5-21. This role is responsible for driving referral growth, supporting community education, and strengthening partnerships across systems serving children and families throughout Louisiana's Coordinated System of Care (CSoC).
The Outreach Coordinator represents the agency professionally in the community and is accountable for tracking outreach efforts, referral activity, and engagement outcomes.
