The Project Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing building automation projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. Key duties include managing resources, preparing estimates and change orders, and coordinating with general contractors and vendors.
Candidates should ideally have a two-year technical degree and at least 5 years of experience as a mechanical project manager. A minimum of 2 years of experience in estimating and bid preparation is required.

JOB SUMMARY: CCS seeks an experienced Project Manager to be responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Project Managers plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.
