Lead project development from concept through construction administration while ensuring compliance with NYC codes and public agency requirements. Manage design documentation and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and client representatives to maintain project schedules.
Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture and 7+ years of experience in architectural design and project management. A valid Registered Architect (RA) license in NY is strongly preferred, along with proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
