Responsible for the stable and secure operation of modern endpoint environments and identity services within a managed services portfolio. This includes 3rd level support, incident handling, and ensuring SLA compliance for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
Requires practical experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra, and modern workplace technologies across multiple operating systems. A degree or vocational training in computer science is required, with Microsoft certifications being an advantage.
