Responsible for measuring, mixing, and baking high-quality breads and pastries according to café standards. Maintains a clean work environment and ensures products are visually merchandised for guests.
Must be at least 18 years old with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Requires physical capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Every morning, (think between 3:00 am and 4:00 am) the baker in every single Au Bon Pain arrives to bake our pastries and bread for the day ahead. Our bakers are self-directed workers who have a passion for detail with a flair for creating delicious and nutritious baked goods.
Position Summary:
The Baker Position is responsible for providing legendary high quality baked products for our guests, while ensuring a CLEAN, FAST and FRIENDLY café environment.
