The Tendering Engineer supports the analysis of tender specifications and drawings to prepare comprehensive cost estimates and Bills of Quantities. They are also responsible for identifying risks, evaluating quotations, and preparing technical submittals and interfacing plans for JVs and Consortia.
Candidates must hold a BSc or MSc in Civil Engineering with four to six years of experience working for a construction contractor. Proficiency in English, MS Office, and strong commercial thinking are essential requirements.
