The Process Technician supports production processes by performing equipment setups, product changeovers, and adjusting process parameters. They are also responsible for performing preventive maintenance and driving continuous improvement initiatives for safety and productivity.
Requires a technical degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with at least 5 years of manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience. Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles and the ability to interpret electrical and pneumatic schematics are essential.
