I began my career as a Product Consultant at a B2B and B2C SaaS CRM company. The role demanded more than just product knowledge. I worked across client accounts to configure marketing automation journeys, define business logic, and implement AI-powered modules and API integrations. Whether it was aligning technical delivery with customer needs or collaborating with internal teams to refine workflows, I learned to translate ambiguity into structured, scalable outcomes. My experience deepened when I moved into a Chief of Staff role, working directly with the Founder. Overseeing more than 40 people across product, marketing, customer success, and operations, I led key strategic initiatives across the organization. I handled P&L ownership, hiring and team design, legal documentation, vendor partnerships, and investor readiness. I built operational systems that worked, and I kept them aligned with the company’s evolving business goals. Now, as an MBA candidate at the Foster School of Business, University of Washington, I’m refining my problem-solving toolkit and preparing to work on complex, high-impact business challenges at scale. I bring a rare combination of business intuition, technical fluency, and cross-functional leadership. I’ve worked in environments where you need to talk product in the morning, negotiate legal terms in the afternoon, and present to the board by evening. Along the way, I’ve also taken the stage as a public speaker and storyteller, building trust and momentum across teams and stakeholders.
