As a 5th-semester BBA LLB student at GLS University Ahmedabad with a specialization in Commercial Laws (completed in Dec 2024) and a proven track record of delivering practical legal solutions across corporate and litigation settings. Over the past few years, I’ve completed 6+ internships, gaining hands-on experience in IP law, company law, contract drafting, compliance, and dispute resolution. Notably, I worked as a Legal Intern at Petpooja, where I managed high-stakes commercial contracts, multi-state data privacy compliance, and complex indemnity clauses—directly contributing to the legal backbone of a fast-growing tech company. Currently, I’m working as a Legal Executive at Simform, a global digital engineering firm, where I handle end-to-end contract lifecycle management, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure legal risk mitigation across international projects. Adding more to my portfolio I bring to the table hands-on experience in the In-House Legal team working in Corporates while working with PetPooja March 2025 to May 2025, i.e., India's number 1 CRM software company for SMBs wherein my work ranged from Company Law, several Commercial Laws and Intellectual Property Laws, along side dealing with internal legal dispues, contract drafting and company's legal documentation. I’m also the Founder of Legalative, a platform dedicated to empowering law students through writing, research, and collaboration. My work with legal aid—ranging from Sabarmati Central Jail visits to Lok Adalat awareness drives—reflects my deep belief in using law as a tool for change.
