Noemi Panaccio

I’m a recent graduate of BSc Business Management (International Management) at Cardiff University, with an exchange year at the Technical University of Munich that strengthened my international outlook and adaptability. I thrive on opportunities that combine people, strategy, and creativity — whether that's supporting inclusive HR practices through pay benchmarking, employee engagement reporting, and EDI projects for both various organisations and HR consultancy firms, growing digital engagement for small businesses and student clubs, or contributing to communications and campaigns during internships with Freshwater and TENEO. What sets me apart is my ability to adapt across roles and industries, work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, and bring an international, people-first mindset to every challenge — from HR strategy to marketing campaigns and communications. I’m especially passionate about Human Resources, digital marketing, and languages, with a strong interest in working in international environments.
