Over the past decade, I’ve led diverse technical and non-technical teams across industries, and company stages, driving innovation through AI strategy, product operations, and digital transformation. I bring a global perspective shaped by collaboration with professionals from over 60 countries. Whether working with C-level executives, policymakers, or engineers, I’ve learned to navigate complexity with empathy, adaptability, and a systems-thinking mindset. My career began in hardware and software development, but I quickly found my greatest impact came through leadership. I’ve built and scaled programs at Uber, led AI product development in cross-functional teams, and restructured regional tech operations to align business strategy with execution. As a founder, I’ve launched three startups that pushed me to think creatively, lead through ambiguity, and build with purpose. Each venture sharpened my ability to move quickly from vision to execution. Outside of work, I recharge through hiking, surfing, climbing, scuba diving, and teaching yoga. I believe in bringing my whole self to leadership and creating space for others to do the same.
