Ananya Ramachandran

I'm Ananya Kannan, a sophomore at McCombs. My persistent interest in creativity and problem solving has led me to explore Marketing as my major with a Minor in Finance and a certificate in Design Strategies. I'm a tenacious driven student, focused on yielding only the best results and nothing less. My experience ranges from assisting large marketing firms and service organisations to startups and student-led social platforms. I've worked with them in directly building campaigns, managing social media platforms and indirectly in designing the creatives. Marketing to me is visualised as a bridge between the creative and technical aspects of business. As an artist and an analytical enthusiast, my long term goal was to work as a liaison, between these ends, utilising my passion and growing knowledge of both and bring them to fruition. This outlook has led me to hone in on Marketing Consulting, as my niche to break into, due to the creative amalgamation of my interests and their streamlining into solving for a focused objective. It also exponentially broadens the experience I will attain due to the wide and varied clientele, and their respective concerns.
