Product obsessed computational biologist building tools to accelerate the scientific discovery process. my mission is to drive projects leveraging ai/ml on bio and health data - specifically integrating sequencing data with histopath and medical imaging data Biologist by education, bioinformatician by training - specialised in bioinformatics/computational biology research focused on genomics, transcriptomics, and multi-omics data, integrating other modalities through AI/ML to uncover insights in neurodegenerative diseases, cancer, and aging. In addition to these, I am passionate about the sociology of technology, AI safety, EDI, engagement, and outreach with both technical and non-technical audiences while fostering a community of entrepreneurs and women in tech.
