Associated with Qualcomm This award was presented to me for my Engineering effort to bring up the WLP package testing on SLT handler. This was an end to end innovative project involving multiple aspects like Handler Kit Design, SLT handler SW and HW upgrades, Test Development and defining Internal Testing processes and procedures. The project holds a lot of value from a company standpoint as it was the first time ever for high volume testing of WLP.

Associated with Qualcomm This award was presented to me for the exhaustive and all-inclusive test suite that I developed and completely automated for bench and SLT handler testing. The test suite includes interaction with multiple HW and SW modules required to run the test. This test suite is currently now being used to screen customer samples at SLT, and has reduced the DPM by 10% on most targets.
