Alexa Lewis Nikolai

My most recent experience lies in the fields of consumer software and digital health; however, I also have background in data science, cellular and genetic engineering, medical device design, drug delivery, and molecular biology. My exposure to numerous disciplines has allowed me to obtain a wide range of technical abilities and learn how to use these abilities in different ways. I have also developed strong written and oral communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. My ideal position is in a collaborative environment where I work as a member of a team but still retain a certain level of individual responsibility. I am organized, self-motived, and efficient in my work and perform best when there is variety in my tasks. I am a quick learner who enjoys problem-solving and innovating and loves experimenting with new ideas and challenges. In my career, I am eager to help advance the field of biomedical research and knowledge and contribute to the improvement of patient lives and outcomes. I also strongly believe in the importance of good mentorship and advancing scientific literacy.
