At the time, I was working on research projects for validation of lab instruments using various statistic techniques like pair-T tests, DOE, and Statistical Process Control. I had no idea that it was also the beginning of my career in software engineering and data analysis. Although no longer a chemical engineer, my background really helps me see more angles than other software engineers. I'm always thinking about the reason for every little detail because in research anything could be vital for a problem. From the background color to the spacing in a line of code, there always has to be a reason for the aesthetics for me to be satisfy.
