Experienced director with a passion for leading teams to solve complex problems that lead to real-world impact. My background has been multi-disciplined, starting with a focus on democracy and digital communications as an academic, followed by management consulting with global companies. I took my passion for the impact that technology can make in the business world and ran user operations and deployment for a bootstrapped enterprise SaaS startup. Finally, I saw the promise of using data automation for better leadership and coaching as the cutting edge use of AI/ML in SaaS, joining People.ai. Applying my analytical frameworks developed to solve problems faced by executives and enterprise users, I have enjoyed creating and deploying solutions that bring behavioral and operational change to companies. Throughout, I have adapted and modified my problem solving approach to increasingly gather more information from the teams and audiences that I am working with and then using it to ultimately build holistic solutions that contribute to greater information sharing and cross-functional work across even larger team of teams.
