The program, recognized with the 2023 SAP Innovation Award, became one of SAP’s most significant Customer Experience implementations to date. Whether enabling $1B in new revenue, driving $45M in OPEX savings, or aligning global stakeholders, I bring energy, curiosity, and a commitment to delivering impact that’s both measurable and customer-centered. Alongside my consulting leadership, I’ve held direct P&L responsibility for business units generating $300K–$500K in annual revenue, building operational discipline and growth foundations early in my career. Today, I play a key leadership role in growing large-scale consulting practices, delivering enterprise transformation and commercial impact for global brands.
