Dr Aida Azadegan is interested and experienced in the following areas: • User Research strategy and operations mainly management, planning and execution of qualitative, quantitative and mixed methods user research through foundational, generative and evaluative research processes for various application contexts and user groups. use-case scenario specification to inform user-centred design,Gamification and playful design, users’ interactive styles preferences research, Usability Testing, Diary Studies, Contextual Inquiry, Heuristic Analysis, Survey Research, Interview / Expert Review, RCT and A/B Testing, Competitive Benchmarking , performance evaluation metrics, impact assessment. • New Product/Services design management. experienced in overall product design Life Cycle within different scales of collaborative projects, coordinating the implementation of pilots and co-creation processes for delivering prototypes, Enterprise Integration (operational system deployment and human factors); process re-engineering.
