At Clogration, I lead the development of intelligent assistant features for our internal SAP chatbot framework. This role has allowed me to enhance employee experiences by enabling natural language interactions with SAP S/4HANA. It’s incredibly rewarding to see how technology can simplify processes and empower teams to work more efficiently. One of my proudest moments was when we successfully reduced response times by 30%, making daily tasks smoother for everyone involved. Before this role, I spent over two years at Cognizant as a Full Stack Engineer where I contributed to enterprise-scale healthcare solutions for a major U.S. provider. Here, I focused on building secure web applications while supporting MLOps pipelines that processed vast amounts of healthcare data. The challenge of ensuring data integrity while delivering real-time insights was exhilarating—especially when we managed to improve processing speeds by 40%. I believe in continuous learning and am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Information Technology at the University of Cincinnati.
