Ensured delivery of resource (internal/external) as per agreed SLA with business - 100% target fulfillment. Have solid track record in hiring technology experts (Information Technology) at various levels for Top Banks & Insurance industry - Very hands-on in resourcing. Responsible for planning and strategizing the Recruitment drives for project Ramp-up. My job brief has included travel to Malaysia, Philippines & China. Has excellent experience in complete recruiting life cycle, account/client management, vendor management, consulting, sales and team management. Excellent experience of advanced internet search techniques.
