Head of Finance / CFO
About this role
Warp is the open-source freight network — an AI-powered logistics platform with 50+ cross-docks, 20,000+ carriers, and $45M in projected 2025 revenue, all run by ~40 people. We're looking for a Head of Finance / CFO to own the entire finance function as we scale toward $200M+ in revenue with a team of ~50. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll build FP&A, lead fundraising, manage treasury and capital strategy, and optimize financial operations — all while embracing our lean, AI-first philosophy.
