About this role
We are looking for a Chief of Staff with 0-4 years of experience to work directly with the CEO of a fast-growing AI company automating financial crime compliance for banks and fintechs. You'll be the person who makes the founder faster — owning go-to-market, marketing, internal operations, and anything else that needs to get done. This is an incredible role to learn how to become a founder, and the ideal candidate is someone hungry, gritty, and willing to grind at a company that's signing public companies and banks. Startup experience or VC background preferred.
What will you be doing?
Managing the CEO's inbox, helping ping-pong on ideas, strategy, pricing, sales decks, conferences, and marketing
Owning big parts of go-to-market and marketing initiatives from day one
Running and improving internal operations across the company
Building internal AI agents and automations using tools like Claude, N8N, and other no-code/low-code platforms
Supporting hiring efforts and helping build the foundation for future teams as the company scales
