About this role

What we're looking for?

We are seeking an experienced fullstack product engineer to join our small, senior team. We're looking for someone with a strong product sense, experience shipping and maintaining features for consumer-facing products, and a willingness to own large surface areas of our application from end to end. You should be comfortable in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment, ready to contribute to both the front-end and back-end, and excited about building a new kind of financial product from the ground up.

What you'll do

  • Design, develop, and deliver features, fixes, and improvements across our core product, marketing site, and internal tools.
  • Take ownership of major product areas, like debit card functionality or our internal risk assessment app, and drive them from concept to launch.
  • Work closely with our founder, lead engineer, and contract designer to architect and implement high-quality, polished solutions for our users.
  • Build and wire up APIs for the features you develop, working across our full stack (React, TypeScript, Go, PostgreSQL).
  • Contribute to a culture of teamwork and high-quality engineering, leveraging AI tools to accelerate development.
  • Help us scale our product to meet the demand of a 40,000+ person waitlist.
