Flinders Private Hospital - After Hours Receptionist

We are seeking to recruit a motivated and dynamic team member for our reception/admissions area.  If you are passionate about providing service excellence and patient care, with proven ability in flexibility, compassion and initiative, we want to hear from you.

About the role:

• Answer and re-direct calls on a busy switchboard

• Admit and discharge patients

• Prepare and complete patient paperwork

• Maintain accurate and effective record management systems

• Liaise with clinical and non-clinical staff from other departments

• Support the Administration Team Leader and ACHA Administration Manager

• Complete other clerical tasks as required

• Monday to Friday shifts 12pm to 8pm and 230pm to 1030pm

• Saturday/Sunday/Public Holiday’s various shifts between 6am to 10pm

• Ability to work all shifts over a 7 day roster
