Founding GTM Engineer

We are looking for a Founding GTM Engineer hire with 2-5 years of experience to build our growth engine from the ground up. The ideal candidate is an ex-founder or has early-stage startup experience, thriving in ambiguity and driven by a relentless experimentation mindset. We've recently raised a $6M seed round and have tripled our growth, but our pipeline is entirely founder-led. We need a creative storyteller to own our go-to-market strategy and expand our reach. Your primary goal will be to run countless experiments to get more of the right people into a conversation with our AI agent.

What will you be doing?

Own the entire growth function, building our GTM engine from scratch with a focus on experimentation and rapid learning.

Design and execute a wide range of growth experiments across various channels, including outbound sequencing, social media, events, programmatic SEO, and paid ads.

Drive top-of-funnel awareness and get more of the right people to have a conversation with our AI agent, Hobbes.

Craft compelling narratives and write copy for blog posts, emails, landing pages, and case studies to define our category and positioning.

Work closely with the product and engineering teams to optimize the agent experience, treating growth as a product problem.
