We are looking for a Founding AE with experience closing deals at an early-stage (Series A or earlier) B2B SaaS company to build our go-to-market motion from scratch. This is a unique opportunity to own the full sales cycle, build the playbook, and take an innovative product upmarket.
Own the full sales cycle: prospect, discover, demo, negotiate, and close deals.
Build a targeted outbound engine from the ground up, identifying effective channels and strategies.
Shape the entire sales process, from picking the tools to defining stages and building the playbook.
Feed crucial prospect feedback directly to the product team to influence development.
Utilize and help build agents to create a uniquely efficient sales process.
Experience closing B2B SaaS deals at an early-stage company (Series A or earlier).
Proven ability to source your own pipeline through cold outbound, intros, and other creative channels.
Ability to demo a technical product and confidently engage with technical buyers like VPs of Engineering.
Excellent written communication skills: clear, concise, and no fluff.
A proactive sense of ownership, ready to build without being asked.
